Tiger Twins TKD Academy is dedicated to fitness, family and education.  The emphasis of training is based on setting goals, and reaching your maximum potential to achieve the highest level of growth in the Mind, Body and Spirit.

Always thinking positively, avoiding negative thinking and speech, doing good deeds everyday, eating healthy meals.  By practicing these on a daily basis, we can keep our bodies, minds and spirits in good health and harmony.

We are conveniently located at the heart of Fort Lee, New Jersey, just across the famous George Washington Bridge from New York City at the George Washington Bridge Plaza.

The Tiger Twin’s T.K.D Academy in Fort Lee, N.J., is the main headquarters with affiliated schools in Closter Plaza, Closter, N.J., and Toronto, Canada.
